RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final.
Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our carnival costumes and section packages, Nsirrah Carnival does not accept returns or issue refunds on any orders once payment or deposit has been made. All purchases are final.

No Cancellations.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

Deposits & Payment Plans.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are on a payment plan and fail to complete your payments by the stated deadline, your order may be forfeited without refund of any amounts paid.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders.
In the rare event that your costume arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  954-635-0520 with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Sizing.
Please refer to our Sizing Guide before placing your order. We are not responsible for sizing issues once an order is placed. All costume measurements are final at time of order confirmation.
